For admission to Class IX
Documents to be submitted (for Admission to Class IX)
Along with the Registration / Application Form :

| 2 | A photocopy of the student's Passport ( with pages of Date of Birth, valid Resident Permit, and Names of the Parents ) |
| 3 | A photocopy of the parents' Passport ( with pages of Date of Birth and valid Resident Permit ) |
| 4 | Two recent passport-size colour photographs of the student. |
| 5 | A letter from the parent regarding the reason for shifting to the new school. ( if the student joins after registering the existing students of the school with CBSE – online ) |
| 6 | A copy of the father's Job Transfer Order or Offer Letter given to him by the Company in Qatar. ( if the student joins after registering the existing students of the school with CBSE – online ) |
| 7 | Photocopy of the Registration Card from CBSE ( if the student joins during the middle of the academic year ) If the parents have not yet received the Registration Card from CBSE ( through the previous school ), then, a copy of the extract of the Online Registration with CBSE should be collected from the previous school and submitted. |
| 8 | Verification Report about genuineness of documents submitted for Direct Admission – from the Principal of Previous School. |
